#S25 MyHealthCoach - Managing lifestyle changes supported by personal and IT-enabled guidance of teenagers and young adults living in families with low income (MyLifeChange)

PA Health – Improving and promoting people’s health, including its social aspects

The main project will use and transform results from former flagship projects (ImPrim, ICT for Health, PrimCareIT) to a new and relevant target group and research area in health care. By developing an innovative and transferable tool for the prevention of non-communicable diseases in the target group of young adults (14-26 years) from families with low income the project aims at generating a business model for further dissemination after the project have come to an end.

The main stage project aims at developing a market place for personalised guidance services and applications in order to enable the users to use these e-coaching tools on their way in changing their lifestyle to a healthier one. This business model implements a virtual platform that integrates all existing e-coaching tools that are offered by health insurances, public services and other stakeholder in the health sector. This “market place for individual use of different applications” will offer a broad range of e-coaching tools that enable the users to manage their own way of lifestyle change in an individual and self-determined manner.
